Nancy

My name is Nancy. I have many interests but the best (awake) time is spent in my art studio, kitchen, in friends kitchens or my office. I’d like to think I am an artist (painter-collage-mixed media). I am also from a family of 5 children: 3 sisters and 1 brother. I am child #2. Thus the Sis’s Kitchen. During the day for a paid job I was a web content writer/designer and e-commerce marketing person (as with many others – I am currently unemployed). I thought writing about my favorite recipes – and having been inspired by my youngest sisters blog – would be a fun endeavor. We like sharing recipes. I also have a son, Shaun and daughter, Heidi. They are good cooks, too. I hope they will share recipes as well. My cat, Cooper, can only share one thought – eat fish. He has a one track mind.  I will share more than that – for sure! Enjoy!
